Sports Activities
To develop physical fitness by maintaining components as motor skills, speed, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
To develop leadership skills and foster qualities of team spirit, co-operation, tolerance, consideration,positive attitudes, trust and responsibility when faced with group and team problem-solving tasks.
To develop an understanding and the importance of sport in the pursuit of a healthy and active lifestyle.
Games period is given in the timetable of each class that involves moderate to vigorous physical activity. The students go on the school ground regularly to play outdoor games; mass PT is conducted weekly once.
Students are sent in various Interschool & Intra School Sports Events.
Yoga and Karate classes are regularly conducted as per the timetable given to the students.
